TitanFlow review: pumpkin seed, beta-sitosterol and the evidence

TitanFlow is a urinary-flow supplement for men over 40, made by Zenith Labs and sold through ClickBank. Two of its ingredients have real research behind them; its main sales angle does not. Here's the breakdown.

Our takeContains ingredients with some evidence and has a generous guarantee. See a doctor before treating urinary symptoms yourself.

See a doctor first

Changes in urination after 50 are often caused by an enlarged prostate (BPH), but the same symptoms can come from infections, bladder problems, medications or, less often, prostate cancer. Get checked before starting any supplement, and seek care right away if you see blood in your urine, have pain or fever, or can't urinate.

What the research says about the ingredients

The label lists a "proprietary formula", so we couldn't compare the doses with the ones used in studies.

The sales angle we couldn't verify

The sales page builds its story around "strengthening the urethra walls" and new university research. We could not find independent research showing that this formula strengthens the urethra. We treat that as marketing, not science.

What we liked

  • Includes beta-sitosterol, the ingredient with the best evidence in this group
  • 180-day money-back guarantee, the longest in this category we've seen
  • Identified company with a U.S. address and phone number; no subscription stated

What to watch out for

  • Doses hidden in a proprietary blend
  • Main sales story ('urethra strength') isn't backed by research we could find
  • Pumpkin seed extract failed in the largest trial
